The first clean costs more because glass that has been left a while takes longer to bring back. I will tell you the exact price before I start, not after.

Usually within a week or two, depending on where you are on the round.

So you can unlock the side gate. You do not need to be in.

Back every six weeks
Same day, same rhythm, same person. Pay after each clean by card or bank transfer.
Where I cover
Plus the surrounding villages: Effingham, East Horsley, Box Hill, West Humble, Westcott, Brockham, North and South Holmwood, and Coldharbour. If you are nearby and not on the list, still worth asking. I am adding streets all the time and it is usually a yes if there are a few houses close together.
Homes and shops
As well as houses, I clean shopfronts and business premises, weekly or fortnightly. Gutter clearing, fascias and soffits, and conservatory roofs are being added too. Mention what you need when you text and I will sort it.
Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as I can get to the back of the house, you do not need to be in. I text the night before so you can leave the side gate unlocked.
Why does the first clean cost more?
Glass that has not been cleaned for a while takes a lot longer to bring back than glass on a six week rhythm. The first clean is one and a half to two times the normal price, and I will tell you exactly what it is before I start.
Am I tied into anything?
No contract, no minimum, no cancellation fee. Tell me to stop and I stop.
What if it rains?
I still clean. Rain is clean water and it does not undo the job. If the weather is bad enough to be unsafe I will move you to the next day and text you.
What if you cannot get round the back?
I will clean the front, charge you less for that visit, and catch the back next time.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer after each clean. Details come with your confirmation text.
